Child Safety Standards
Last updated: September 2026
ThanQYou has zero tolerance for content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers children. This page describes the standards we hold ourselves to, and how to report a concern.
Our Standard
Any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited on ThanQYou. This applies across every part of the platform: Social posts, reels, stories, profile content, and Chat messages that are reported to us.
How We Respond
- Immediate removal. Any content confirmed to violate this standard is removed as soon as we become aware of it.
- Account action. Accounts responsible for this content are permanently banned, with no exception for repeat appeals.
- Human review. Every report is reviewed by our team — not resolved by automation alone.
How to Report a Concern
In the app: Use the Report option on any post, reel, profile, or chat message. Reports reach our team directly through the in-app moderation system.
Outside the app: Email contact@thanqyou.com with as much detail as you can provide (username, post link, or a screenshot). We treat these reports as urgent.
Our Commitment
We are actively working to formalize our reporting relationship with recognized child-safety organizations as ThanQYou grows. In the meantime, every report we receive is reviewed and acted on directly by our team, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement requests related to child safety.
