This policy applies to all services and subscriptions offered by Maanya IT & HR Services through thanqyou.com.
Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Prorated refunds for partial periods are not provided.
Payments for IT consulting, development, or HR services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund requests for work not yet started must be submitted within 48 hours of payment.
Training fees are refundable if a cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled program start. No refunds are issued after commencement.
Email contact@thanqyou.com with your transaction ID, registered email, and reason. We respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
